Scout agreement

The scout works independently. No employment or agency relationship with Dome Stories Media is created. The scout decides time, place and manner of their activity and may not enter into binding commitments on behalf of Dome Stories Media.

The scout pays taxes, social security contributions and all other levies on their commissions themselves and registers their activity with the responsible authorities where required.

The scout complies with all legal requirements of their country of activity — in particular advertising, data protection and competition law. Unsolicited bulk email, misleading promises, invented earnings claims and advertising in the name of Dome Stories Media are prohibited.

For commission accounting the scout gains insight into the revenue of the customers they brought in. This revenue, customer data and commission amounts are confidential and must not be shared, published or used for any purpose beyond the accounting. The duty survives the end of the cooperation.

Each scout receives a personal discount code. A customer is attributed to the scout when they redeem this code at signup. Only one scout per customer is possible and later reattribution does not happen. The code must not be published on voucher, cashback or coupon sites.

The commission is the percentage shown in the scout account of the attributed customer's revenue, but at least the stated percentage of that customer's base fee. Eligibility ends after the period shown in the scout account, starting from attribution. Accounting is monthly; payout follows approval to the stored payment details. A claim arises only once the customer has paid; refunds and payment defaults are offset.

Either side may end the cooperation at any time without giving reasons. Commissions already earned but not yet paid out are settled. In case of a breach of these terms Dome Stories Media may deactivate the code immediately and withhold open commissions.

Conditions (percentage, minimum rate, term, discount) may be adjusted for future attributions. For customers already attributed, the values agreed at the time of attribution apply.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of Dome Stories Media.
