Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all digital offerings of Domestories Media.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Robin Saad Tawab, Domestories Media, Salstrasse 88, 8400 Winterthur, Schweiz (see legal notice). By purchasing or unlocking an offer you accept these terms. Place of jurisdiction is Winterthur.
2. Digital offerings
All offers are digital content and services: documents and texts in the online viewer, partly with download, audio content, video sessions and personal guidance. An account, a current browser and an internet connection are required.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated with each offer. Keine MWST-Nummer — der Umsatz liegt unter der schweizerischen Mindestgrenze für die Mehrwertsteuerpflicht. Payment is made in full via the offered payment service. Discount codes and credits are applied at purchase. Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
4. Duration of access
Access runs for the period stated with the offer (monthly or yearly) from the date of purchase. After it ends, access to the content stops. Where a download is offered, the downloaded file remains yours.
5. No withdrawal, no refund
Digital content is delivered immediately. Withdrawal or refund after unlocking is excluded. Agreed but unfulfilled appointments can be rescheduled by arrangement.
6. Withdrawal by the provider
The provider may withdraw in case of misuse, unauthorised sharing of content, or if an offer can no longer be delivered. The price is then refunded pro rata for the unused period.
7. Rights of use
A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Content must not be copied, shared, published or sold.
8. Account and credentials
Credentials are personal and must not be shared. In case of breach, access may be blocked without refund. An account can be deleted at any time by writing to robin@domestoriesmedia.org; active access expires with it.
9. Liability and changes
Liability for damages arising from the use of the content is excluded as far as legally permitted. Offers, prices and these terms may change; for purchases already made, the version at the time of purchase applies.
